Vivo has quietly launched a new smartphone with mid-range specifications Called Vivo V19 Neo, the phone has arrived in the Philippines and is already available for purchasing. Vivo V19 Neo is priced at $360. The phone comes in Admiral Blue and Crystal White colour options.
